YOUR ROLE:As Litigation Legal Assistant, you will support the Managing Partner in his practice. Your main responsibilities will include: Preparing the usual litigation legal proceedings;Managing litigation delays: calculating and recording them in the agenda;Rigorously follow up files with Lawyers to whom files are sometimes delegated;Prepare documentation for internal meetings and management committees, both in Quebec and with Canadian stakeholders.SKILLS REQUIRED:Significant experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant;High drafting standards;Ability to produce superior formatted documents in Microsoft Office Suite;Strong organisational and priority-management skills;Outstanding team spirit and interpersonal skills;Meticulous, detail-oriented and confidentiality.Interested in this challenge?
