Boom Operator

Position Summary

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Boom Truck Operator. The Boom Truck Operator transports products to job sites and places these materials in requested work locations. The shifts are Monday - Friday 6 : 30am - 3pm and the wage range is $30.50 - $38.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip truck inspections and notify when maintenance is needed.
• Transport loads in a professional manner, following the road rules and representing the company to the highest standards.
• Ensure cleanliness of truck interior and exterior.
• Verify load security and accuracy.
• Deliver materials to the satisfaction of customers and maintain an emphasis on safety, service, and efficiency.
• Safe operation of the boom / mobile crane while loading and unloading.
• Communicate with customers and other trades on construction sites.
• Maintain contact with dispatch and work to resolve issues as they arise.
• Prepare trucks for reloading and assist warehouse staff as needed.
• Follow all regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
