Job description

We are looking for an Electrical Assembler. The role of the incumbent is to carry out the electrical assembly of panels in a growing company.

Position : Electrical Assembler

Region : West of Montreal

Salary : $20 to $24 depending on experience

Shift : Daytime from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.

Industry : Manufacturer

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES of the electrical assembler position :

Carry out electrical assembly according to standards and specifications

  • Proceed with the installation of the electrical components of the panels and distribution of the manufactured equipment;
  • Carry out interconnections between sensors and control panels;
  • Identify and transmit to the engineering team any corrections to be made;
  • When required, weld electrical components;

Participate in weekly production meetings.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS for the electrical assembler position :

  • DEC or DEP in electromechanics of automated systems or experience in electrical assembly;
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in assembly and wiring of electrical components of industrial machinery;
  • Mastery of measuring tools such as a multimeter;
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical plans;
  • Concern for quality work.
