Position Description

As an ever-evolving organization, the Human Resources Coordinator / Generalist must be versatile keep up with the evolving demands of the organization. With over 75 employees and growing, this is a hybrid role that would require strong administrative and coordination experience for document management, recruitment and on-boarding responsibilities, but also require experience with writing and enforcing policies and procedure, discussions with staff surrounding grievances, compiling retention and engagement programs, etc.

The organization is forward thinking and are looking towards a succession plan. The ideal scenario would be to have the HR Coordinator / Generalist grow into the HR Manager position within a few years.

Experience

• Ideally 2-5 years of experience as an HR Coordinator / Generalist
• Strong knowledge of ESA and OHAS
• Strong computer skills, having advanced MS Office skills; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Knowledge and familiarity with G-Suite
• Have experience with an HRIS platform
