Bilingual MedicalOffice Assistant Remote

Weare seeking a dedicated and detailoriented individual to join ourclients team in the insurance industry. This role offers theflexibility of working remotely providing you the convenience ofworking from home while contributing to a dynamic and fastpacedenvironment.

The successful candidate will support the NationalGroup Disability organization collaborating closely with internaland externalstakeholders.

Whatis in it foryou :

Hourly salary of $23.80.

12monthcontract.

Fulltime position : 40hours per week.

Remote work : schedule from 8 : 30 am. to 4 : 30pm.

Responsibilities :

Process Access Requests by reviewing the request and consent toidentify correct information and authority toproceed.

Review access requestsmeticulously redacting thirdparty information to prevent privacybreaches.

Refer privacy breachincidents to the employee s leader for resolution andreporting.

Handle emails acrossmultiple group email inboxes.

Setup disability claims and managefollowups.

Handle Client andControl Reports.

Issue paymentsfor vendor invoices.

Conduct dataentry from claim forms to the claims payment system(Navigator).

Managecorrespondence with claimants clients or other stakeholdersensuring compliance with privacyprotocols.

Track search andretrieve offsite files.

Handlemedia files.

Assist with newclient onboarding and filetransfers.

Coordinate new hireonboarding including ordering IT equipment andaccess.

Provide IT equipmentsupport for existingemployees.

Whatyou will need tosucceed :

Postsecondary education (college or university level) ispreferred.

Bilingual in Englishand French (spoken and written).

Strong PC skills with experience using Adobe and Microsoft OfficeSuite especially Word and Excel.

Familiarity with medical terminology ispreferred.

Excellent attention todetail and accuracy.

Strongorganization prioritization and planningabilities.

Excellent written andoral communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fastpacedenvironment.

Flexible adaptableand able to manage high workload volumes and conflictingdeadlines.

Fast learner who isanalytical proactive and takesinitiative.

Ability toinvestigate and resolvediscrepancies / issues.

Demonstrates tact and diplomacy.

Ability to work independently as well as within ateam.
