Dynamics 365 (CE) Developer

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 (CE) Developer with Canvas Apps experience to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and related cloud technologies to design and implement innovative business solutions. This position involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of scalable, efficient systems that meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
• Implement integrations using Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Customize model-driven apps, forms, and dashboards to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Develop plugins and workflows using C# and JavaScript to automate processes and improve system efficiency.
• Build secure and scalable integrations with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Web APIs.
• Manage deployments and version control using Azure DevOps and CI / CD pipelines.
• Provide technical support and guidance during implementation and post-deployment stages.
• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, technical standards, and security protocols.
• Stay updated on advancements in Microsoft technologies to recommend innovative improvements.
• Proven experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications.
• Proficiency in Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, and familiarity with TypeScript or React.
• Knowledge of Azure services, such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Active Directory.
• Experience with Dataverse, including schema design, relationships, and calculated fields.
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and deployment processes using Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
