CaraCo is seeking an experienced HR leader capable of further enabling the expansion of the business. This individual will work seamlessly with a diverse range of employees, a talented senior team, and the business owners in a collective pursuit of HR best practices, a winning culture, and strategic growth. Chief People Officer will be a trusted advisor from the job site to the board room.
As a well-suited candidate, you hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related fields and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in an HR leadership role. You have expertise in operational human resource management, including employee relations, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, and HRIS. You have demonstrated leadership / managerial ability combined with personal humility and strong references. You are a leader who, like CaraCo, truly values lasting relationships in your community and being part of a team that supports local causes, philanthropy and ESG initiatives that closely align with your values.
