We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our advanced bot analytics product. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background, coupled with a deep understanding of data analytics and product management.

In this role, you will define the product vision, prioritize features, and oversee the entire product lifecycle. Your role will include :

  • Working closely with engineering, data science, and UX teams to deliver innovative features for bot analytics solutions that drive customer success.
  • Experience in agile methodologies and a passion for leveraging data to enhance decision-making are essential.

What you’ll be doing (Key Responsibilities) :

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Calabrio’s bot analytics products, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and UX teams to design and deliver innovative analytics solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the analytics space.
  • Drive the development and refinement of key product features, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and usability.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates on product progress, timelines, and risks.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing customer adoption.
  • Analyze product performance using key metrics, iterating on the product based on data-driven insights.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of the analytics product, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations post-launch.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data analytics, software, or technology products.
  • 2+ years of experience with Python, Excel, SQL.
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies and experience managing product lifecycles in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to inform product strategy and development.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with experience working cross-functionally across teams such as engineering, UX, sales, and marketing.
