It's a busy and exciting time for the brand and we’re on the hunt for a Store Manager to join our growing Sudbury team.
The Store :
As our Sudbury Store Manager you will support the Store to lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience and being customer obsessed. Our Sudbury store has been our customers’ got to destination for the latest looks and must-haves for a massive 25 years.
The Role :
In your high street store you will lead your team to create a customer obsessed atmosphere. You will be genuine in your delivery of a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality and unique style through fashion. You will create and lead a team who support one another and deliver results…whilst having fun along the way!
You will be fully accountable for the your store performance, by working alongside your Territory Leader and Visual Coach to continually identify opportunities which will impact KPI’s, customer service, team development and overall sales – so that we are playing to win!
