St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Schools invites applications for a full-time probationary Administrative Assistant I position at St.
Augustine School in Ponoka, Alberta. This position will begin November 25, 2024. The ideal candidate will love working in a busy and ever changing environment.
Successful candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm, the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, problem solve, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, technological skills or willingness to learn various computer software and enjoy participating in a Christ centered atmosphere.
The Successful candidates offer of employment will be conditional upon receipt of a recent (within 6 months) Criminal Record check inclusive of vulnerable sector and a recent (within 6 months) Alberta Children's Intervention Record Check.
