Job Description

As a Superintendent with a trades background and SAP experience, you have the opportunity to join our operations team in Kamloops, BC, starting March 3, 2025. This position follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule with 8-hour workdays and offers benefits after 300+ hours worked. The hourly rate for this permanent role is $75 / hr for Employees and $90 / hr for DSPs.

This permanent role is best suited for local candidates ; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.

What would you be doing?

• Provide supervision to multiple crews and services.
• Prepare, monitor, and drive project schedule with the operations team to ensure budget and timelines are met.
• Estimate and manage project labour and material requirements.
• Establish, implement, and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures,
• Manage resources to maintain and enhance critical equipment performance.
