We're looking for motivated individuals to join our Customer Service Representative team and serve as the frontline connection between our clients and its customers.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in providing personalized support, resolving issues, and helping customers understand how our products and services can improve their everyday lives.

You’ll use your communication skills and problem-solving abilities to build trust and deliver a best-in-class experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities : Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with billing inquiries, plan upgrades, technical support, and general account questions.

Provide tailored solutions by identifying customer needs and promoting the latest services, devices, and offers.

Maintain a deep understanding of wireless plans, promotions, and devices to effectively educate and guide customers.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Accurately document customer interactions, sales, and service details in CRM systems.

Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions to stay informed about new products and service updates.

Qualifications : Prior experience in customer service, retail, telecommunications, or a related field preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively, actively listen, and remain composed in high-pressure situations.

Goal-oriented with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations and meet performance metrics.

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.

Must have reliable transportation to and from the local office.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
