Role Summary :

Our Account Executive Velocity team collaborates closely with solo practitioners and small law firms seeking a legal practice management system to transform their business operations. In this role, you will partner with entrepreneurs, assisting them in the establishment and growth of their legal practices. This is a pivotal aspect of our business, as it comprises our largest Account Executive team at RunSensible and is instrumental to our company’s success.

Responsibilities :

  • Uncover New Business Opportunities : Utilize prospecting abilities and established relationships to cultivate enduring partnerships with law firms within your designated territory.
  • Convert qualified opportunities using phone, email, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with qualifying teams to strategize on opportunity generation
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to recommend the product solution that best fits each client’s needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer expectations are met with RunSensible’s product offerings
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt your sales strategy to position RunSensible best in your territory.
  • Cold calling, warm calling, client retention, and closing sales leads.
  • Close new business deals by developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential clients and discovering and exploring opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of SaaS, full-cycle sales experience preferred
  • You have a track record of success developing and managing both an inbound and outbound pipeline effectively
  • Experience preparing and taking the lead on product demonstrations
  • Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels
  • You are self-motivated, creative, organized, and process-oriented
  • Having knowledge of law is a plus.
  • Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

    Pay : $25-$45 per hour + Commission. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on the individual experience and skillset of the candidate.

    Expected Hours : No more than 40 hours per week
