A leading industrial organization with a strong presence in the recycling and manufacturing sector is seeking a Contract Manager to join their team. This is a fully in-office role based at one of their operational sites, offering a dynamic and hands-on environment.

Your new role

As Contract Manager, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of contracts related to mechanical, electrical, and civil works. You’ll conduct on-site audits to ensure contractorpliance with contractual terms, safety and environmental standards, and cost controls. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, maintenance, and procurement teams, monitor contractor performance, and support the resolution of disputes and contract variations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related technical field)
• 5–7 years of contract management experience in industrial, manufacturing, or recycling environments
• Strong knowledge of metal recycling equipment (e.g., shredders, shears, balers, eddy current separators, conveyor systems)
• Proven experience in field auditing, cost tracking, and time sheet verification
• Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations
• Excellentmunication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in contract management tools and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual (English and French) – French preferred
• Willingness to travel to operational sites as needed
