Position Summary:
As an Esthetician at the Eldorado Resort, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty services to our clients. Compensation structure is based on commission for services provided for our guests.

What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:

• Perform facials, manicures, pedicures, exfoliation treatments, body massage, skin peels etc.
• Offer elevated Guest Service from arrival to departure
• Ensure business operation runs smoothly
• Meets diverse needs of clients
• Provide safe and effective client- centered care
• Adhere to hygiene, sanitation and safety, and infection prevention control guidelines and standards
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Recommend clients the use of esthetic products depending on their specific skins needs
• Sell Skincare products
• Monitor inventory
• Setting up/Take down/ Clean up services
• Complete guest intake form

What are we looking for?
To successfully fill this role, you should demonstrate the following:

• Esthetician License/Certification
• Must be able to perform facials, manicures and pedicures
• 1 year experience
• Maintaining a positive attitude and exceptional customer service
• Provide personal nail grooming tools (nail clippers)
• Flexible availability, weekend availability a must
