Collection of monthly rent (auto withdrawal), keeping a rent roll (Microsoft Excel) and providing the owner with updates
Responding to phone calls, emails or text messages to schedule unit viewings. Must be flexible with time to ensure that no viewings are missed
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction is maintained through regular contact and proactive attention to resident needs
Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct
Reviewing tenant’s unit applications. Must call all references.Showing units to prospective tenants and Signing of leases with new tenants.
Cleaning of units as required prior to new tenants moving in (If outgoing tenant fails to meet their cleaning obligations)
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and maintenance upkeep of all common areas of the complex and property on a regular basis or as needed.
This includes but is not limited to the lobby, hallways, stairwells, window sills, garbage area, front walkways, back walkways, driveway and outdoor parking.
Handle all resident issues, inquiries, feedback, concerns and complaints quickly and professionally, and escalate when required
Meet and interact with residents in a courteous and professional manner
Performs resident service requests in a prompt and friendly manner.
Prepare, print and serve notices to tenants as directed by the owner, in accordance with the Nova Scotia Tenancy Act.
Be thoroughly familiar with our emergency procedures including fire, flood, elevator entrapment, power outage, and mold remediation
Wages are $ 25 per hour.
