Electrical Assembler

HIRING AN ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLER WITH SOLDERING EXPERIENCE!

Job Description :

• Solder, inspect, rework through-hole and SMT components with the use of a microscope following IPC 610 and IPC 711 class 2 standards
• Rework smt components sized 0402, QFN and fine pitch components
• Enter required data into spread sheet (part number, quantity number etc)
• Complete production documentation as required
• Report problems related to quality, processes, equipment and / or material to SMT team leader
• Comply with company safety guidelines, safe work procedures and regulatory requirements per Jabil quality system
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to facilitated manufacturing functions
• Follow esd safe handling practices
• Assisting in other manufacturing areas as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• 1 year of recent soldering experience in a manufacturing environment (ideally rework and PCB not wire to wire)
• IPC cert is preferred but not mandatory
• Able to do repetitive work the entire day

Work Environment :

• Clean, quiet facility

Shift / Payrate :

• AM shift 6 : 30am -3 : 00pm
• Wage is dependent upon experience and soldering test $20-$23
