- Risk Management :
- Complete the risk analysis sheet for each project.
- Ensure that all installers are aware of and understand the specific risks associated with the project.
- Create new risk analysis sheets, taking into account possible variations between sectors.
- Perimeter Safety :
- Define the safety perimeter required for the completion of work.
- Coordinate with the team to clearly delineate the perimeter in accordance with safety standards.
- Time Management :
- Accurately and clearly complete time sheets for each workday.
- Include the hours worked by installers under supervision, along with a brief summary of the tasks performed.
- On-Site Problem Resolution :
- Identify and resolve installation problems on the construction site.
- In case of inability to find a solution, immediately report the problem to the Superintendent. Reading
- Plans and Communication :
- Read plans and sketches of different projects.
- Effectively communicate tasks to be performed to the team.
- Tool Management :
- Ensure the proper use of tools provided by the employer.
- Report any tool-related issues directly to the superintendent.
- Perform any other related tasks.

Previous experience in the construction or scaffolding sector would be an advantage.Good knowledge of various types of scaffolding.Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license and be able to travel to different construction sites.Availability to work outdoors with accommodation provided by the employer.Possession of a CCQ card would be beneficial.Desired profile
