Position Overview
The Pega Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing Pega applications to enhance business processes within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of Pega technology, business analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Pega Smart Dispute Expertise : High Level knowledge of Pega Smart Dispute (Version 8 or above) and Credit Card Processing (Pega)
Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Solution Design : Design Pega applications and workflows that meet business needs while adhering to best practices and standards.
System Configuration : Configure Pega applications, including rules, processes, and user interfaces, to ensure optimal performance and usability.
Testing and Validation : Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and ensure alignment with business requirements.
User Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand how to effectively use Pega applications.
Collaboration : Work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to existing Pega applications.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Pega applications.
Pega Certification : Pega Business Analyst or Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification is preferred.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Pega PRPC, BPM methodologies, and related technologies.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of additional programming languages (Java, SQL) is a plus.
Familiarity with data modeling and database design.
