As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing our business processes, products, and systems. You will identify opportunities for improvement and partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and readiness for future growth. Your insights will directly influence the design and implementation of tools that help bring our customers’ dream projects to life. Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of how our systems integrate and interact across the organization.
- Analyze how our clients leverage our technology to support their customers’ projects.
- Gain a thorough understanding of our manufacturing processes, objectives, performance metrics, and operational requirements.
- Analyze, document, and measure current-state business processes; identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate manufacturing processes, logic, and business requirements into clear technical direction for development teams.
- Analyze, and document business and system requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications (user stories, use cases, process flows).
- Lead workshops and facilitate discussions with business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Translate business needs into scalable, viable technology solutions.
- Collaborate closely with architects, developers, UX / UI designers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
- Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses for new initiatives and system changes.
- Ensure requirements traceability and support structured change management practices.
- Support and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet defined requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation efforts.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts and serve as a subject matter and methodology resource.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or obstacles.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure comprehensive understanding and alignment of needs.

Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a manufacturing environment..Demonstrated autonomy, leadership, and sound judgment.Strong professional rigor and attention to detail.Creative and solution-oriented mindset.Ability to quickly understand and adapt to complex manufacturing systems and processes.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and business productivity tools.Key Competencies
