We are seeking a Project & Change Management Lead to drive successful adoption of enterprise data modernization initiatives, including but not limited to the migration from IBM DB2 to Snowflake. In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance employee and client experience, while optimizing value of sourcing and third‑party lifecycle to enable the firm to do‑and‑win business. This is a director level position within the Business Information Services, specializing in providing and maintaining business information services for the firm.

This role will be instrumental in guiding cross‑functional teams through transformational change, ensuring alignment, engagement, and sustained adoption across business units. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in change management and project leadership, with a strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate communications, and deliver enablement strategies that support both technical and operational transitions. This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance long‑term vision with day‑to‑day execution, and who thrives in complex, fast‑paced environments.

What You’ll Do In The Role

• Lead end‑to‑end data platform modernization initiatives, including cloud migration, data warehouse re‑architecture, and legacy system retirement.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
• Design and deliver tailored training programs for diverse user groups, enabling effective use of new data platforms and tools.
• Track and report on adoption metrics, celebrating milestones and reinforcing the transformation’s value.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with change, including compliance, process disruption, and user adoption challenges.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Organizational Change, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in change management and managing large‑scale data or cloud migration projects.
• Proven track record of driving adoption of new platforms, tools, and processes in complex, multi‑unit organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating across business and technical teams.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts, cloud platforms (preferably Snowflake), and legacy systems (IBM DB2 a plus).
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or similar) highly desirable.

All positions are located in Montréal, Quebec. The hybrid work environment combines remote work and office attendance.

Knowledge of French and English is required.
