Sales Representative

As our newest sales representative, you’ll join a sales team that is driving our steady growth. You’ll develop leads, gathering information through cold calling. You’ll turn warm leads into new business through on-site presentations, showing how Northern Uniform provides the solutions these prospective clients need. You’ll use your exceptional people skills and service mindset to close the deal. You’ll also be there to make sure the installation is completed flawlessly, as you promised.

This is a business-to-business industry, and will require you to be business savvy. You’ll be analyzing the territories you serve, reading the trends in the market and assessing our competition.

Working With Us

This is a full-time permanent position, with potential annual earnings hitting six figures consistently high performance. We offer lucrative commissions, bonuses, a group benefits plan, pension and vacation. Most of your time will be spent out of the office, travelling to meet with clients and leads across the Northern Ontario. As a sales person, you’ll be provided with a company vehicle for travel, cell phone, and your work-related expenses will be covered. We’ll train you in proven sales techniques for our industry and business. You’ll have all the tools and marketing materials necessary to succeed so you can focus your energy on execution.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a B2B sales role
  • Experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in closing sales negotiations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business or related field an asset
