Your Role & Impact:
As a key team member, you will:
- Lead all carpentry phases: framing, siding, building envelope systems, and precision window/door installations.
- Execute flawless finishes on custom builds, remodels, and structural additions.
- Uphold strict safety standards and site organization.
- Collaborate with clients and supervisors to exceed project expectations.
We Value Candidates With:
- 10+ years of hands-on carpentry experience in framing, siding, and building envelopes.
- Expertise in window/door installation and a portfolio of new construction/renovation work.
- Reliability: Own transportation (Chilliwack–Langley area), required PPE, and consistent punctuality.
- Pride in quality: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
