We are seeking a motivated individual that is passionate about problem solving, data management, learning and creating efficiencies.
The Operation’s Assistant will report to our VP Operations and Client Solutions and support all aspects of our operations department, including a variety of database-related and administrative tasks.
T his role is a dynamic opportunity to hone your project management, organization and analytical skills that plays an integral part of the operations department.

What You Will Be Responsible For :
- Supporting the VP of Operations and Client Solutions with the onboarding of new clients
- Weekly sales data pulls from SAGE ERP system for upload into other programs
- Weekly, monthly client reports
- Monthly KPI reports
- Upload data for configuration into our portal
- Liaise with Data Engineers to ensure data integrity and create new reporting options or function in our portal
- Review data to ensure integrity
- Project management for new client onboarding
- Project management for Operations team function
- Ad hoc request
- Cross functional collaboration with the Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing Team.
Qualifications :
- Post-secondary in Business, Admin or Data Management degree or diploma
- 2+ yrs experience in CPG
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and IF Functions
- Strong attention to detail & excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage change and conflicting priorities across a diverse portfolio of projects
- Aptitude for learning new software
- Experience with project management tool an asset (Monday.com, Jira)
- Self-starter : anticipates and initiates actions to meet growing needs
- Ability to work collaboratively between departments
- Demonstrated experience in analytical thinking
