We are currently seeking a Client Success & Service Manager to join our dynamic team. This leadership role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, addressing client needs, and maintaining service excellence in alignment with our established service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership & Team Development : Oversee the support team’s performance, providing mentorship, training, and professional development.
• Service Delivery & Client Engagement : Act as the bridge between technical support staff and clients, ensuring service delivery meets company standards and client expectations.
• Operational Efficiency & Innovation : Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Customer Satisfaction & Performance Management : Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, track performance metrics, and develop initiatives to enhance service quality.
