What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain optimized SQL database objects and SSRS reports.
• Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and BI solutions.
• Develop and update technical documentation for database and reporting systems.
• Provide support and training to end-users on new reports and dashboards.
• Complete helpdesk tickets related to reporting and BI tools.
• Partner with business units and sales teams to increase B2B adoption through targeted analytics and insights.
• Use data to identify new opportunities for deals, clearance, and open-box strategies to help move inventory through B2B channels.
• Build dashboards and adoption trackers to measure customer engagement with the B2B platform.
• Develop clear, actionable reports and guides for sales and business stakeholders to better understand how customers use the B2B portal.
• Recommend strategies to improve customer digital engagement and optimize the end-to-end B2B experience.
