We are looking for a Bilingual Service Advisor, Car & Light Duty Maintenance to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products, services, and solutions to our clients.

Are you :
As the Service Advisor , you will work from home in an inbound / outbound call center environment, providing exceptional customer support to clients, drivers & suppliers who communicate with the contact centre through either phone, email or Maintenance Platform software. You will use your experience to review requests from automotive repair shops and approve or decline repairs based on the client’s Policies.
This position works Monday – Friday, full-time (37.5 hours / week). The hours of this team are between 7 : 00 am – 6 : 00 pm ET. We provide all computer equipment needed to perform your job from home.
