Randstad is recruiting for bilingual Technical Support Representative for a client in Mississauga!

We are looking for fulltime candidates who would be interested in a 3 month contract to perm opportunity

Monday - Friday : 7am - 6pm (9 hour shift within those hours)

Pay : $25-$27 / hour

Start date : ASAP!

Training on-site in Mississauga

100% remote once trained

equipment provided by the company

Responsibilities

  • taking customer calls and inquiries
  • scheduling service calls for customers
  • forecasting dispatch operations
  • assigning work orders to dispatchers
  • supporting technicians with customer communications
  • responding to customer and technician email communication
  • handling escalated customer calls
  • reporting to the manager on duty

Qualifications

  • Profiency in French and Englsih is a MUST
  • experience in the customer service field is required
  • experience in a distpatch role is an asset
  • friendly and outgoing personality
  • computer savvy
