Job Description :

Sun Life Financial is looking for a UX Designer to join our Experience Design (XD) will work with agile teams collaborate with product owners engineers other experience design professionals as well as key partners across our business to deliver meaningful data-driven design solutions that enhance our digital product offerings.

What will you do

• Create best-in class digital product experiences based on client business and technical inputs creating desirable and consistent journeys for users across multiple platforms devices and channels.
• Develop new concepts storyboards screen flows and interactive prototypes to clearly articulate solutions.
• Collaborate with UX writers UX designers journey designers and researchers to refine design concepts.
• Conduct concept and usability testing to iteratively validate and improve design solutions and ensure usability standards are met.
• Analyze user data and research findings to inform and validate design decisions.
• Conduct market scans to identify trends and best practices in digital product design.
• Actively collaborate as part of a cross-functional agile team to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
• Assist in monitoring user experience metrics and analytics relevant to the teams work.
