Senior Business Analyst

You will be responsible for :

Requirement Gathering and Analysis

  • Engage with Client stakeholders across clusters / geographies to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for reports and dashboards.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to identify KPIs and metrics at global (L0), cluster (L1), and country / territory (L2) levels; transition with existing analysts / vendors and ensures continuity during the transition phase.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are feasible and aligned with organizational standards.

Localization and Standardization

  • Understand and document localization requirements, including language, currency, date formats, and regional compliance needs.
  • Work with central teams to adapt standardized reports for regional use while maintaining consistency.
  • Ensure alignment of localized KPIs with global KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the liaison between local business units and the centralized hub team.
  • Build strong relationships with cluster / geography leads to understand their operational challenges and reporting needs.
  • Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Strengthen business connectivity with time zone coverage, while overseeing delivery to ensure business relevance
  • Data Validation and Testing

  • Coordinate with QA teams to validate data accuracy and ensure reports meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by supporting end users.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies by working closely with Data Engineering teams.
  • Operational Support

  • Support the implementation and rollout of new and migrated reports within the assigned geography / cluster.
  • Provide training and documentation for end users on report usage and interpretation.
  • Monitor the usage and performance of reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Documentation and Governance
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user guides.
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks for report standardization, updates, and deprecation.
  • Your impact : About you :

  • Bachelor’s or Master Degree in related field
  • 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data and analytics or BI projects.
  • Prior experience in localization or working with global / cluster-based reporting projects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare industry analytics (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Proficiency in querying and understanding data models using SQL.
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Additional Requirements :

  • Familiarity with KPIs and reporting structures at global, cluster, and country levels (L0, L1, L2).
  • Willingness to travel to different clusters / geographies as needed.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment.
