The candidate must be able to work in a busy environment creating positive experiences for the other staff and customers. Compensation : $18-21 / hour, CAD Email : Careers@medrhabgroup.com Education : professional certificate Qualifications : Able to communicate clearly and with sensitivity* Able to demonstrate proficiency with computer and EMR software* Able to demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills* Able to follow our playbook* Suited for someone who is not shy and is an extrovert* At least 2 years of sales experience* At least 2 years of customer service experience* At least 1 year of office experience* Preferred 1 year of experience in a healthcare delivery field or equivalent Skills : Customer Service and sales experience* Great telephone manner* Ability to solve problems quickly* Strong computer and administrative skills* Organizational skills Responsibilities : Answer phone calls, schedule patients, maintain waitlist, and return voicemails immediately* Call insurance companies for entitlement and coverage details and talk to patients about the benefits of services we offer* Collect payments from patients and insurance companies and reconcile in our EMR system* Collect and accurately enter patient data in the EMR system* Manage records and correspondence for the clinic* Perform patient call backs, reactivation calls, and past patient win-back calls* Ensure excellent customer service and patient retention* Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the workspace and office* Develop relationships with clientele, community businesses, and doctors to increase referrals to the clinic* Develop and implement strategies to obtain cross-referrals, patient referrals, Google reviews, product sales, and completed treatment care plans Apply Today!
