We are a warm, busy family looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper / Household Manager who can also provide light childcare support as part of keeping our household running smoothly.

This is a part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, staying ahead of household needs, and supporting a family with school-aged children.

Schedule

• Part-time (15–20 hours per week)
• Flexible weekday schedule
• Some hours may align with after-school timing
• Long-term role preferred

Responsibilities

Housekeeping

• Regular cleaning and upkeep of the home (kitchen, bathrooms, floors, bedrooms)
• Laundry (wash, fold, put away)
• Light organizing and maintaining household systems

Household Management

• Grocery planning and restocking household essentials
• Basic meal prep (simple family meals, chopping, batching)
• Managing household supplies (pantry, cleaning, kids’ items)
• Light errand running (local)
• Coordinating with service providers as needed
• Proactively noticing and handling household needs

Light Childcare Support

• School or activity pick-ups (local)
• Accompanying children to nearby activities when needed
• Supervising homework or quiet play
• Preparing simple snacks or meals for children
• Supporting after-school routines

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in private homes (housekeeping, household management, nannying, or similar)
• Comfortable caring for school-aged children
• Organized, trustworthy, and self-directed
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Clear communicator who takes initiative
• Valid driver’s license
