Responsibilities

• Liaise with Manufacturing Team members and Leadership related to a Lean Project assigned to the selected Students
• Conduct analysis with multiple departments related to the project scope as defined by Leadership
• Communicate with Team Members regarding the problem statement and collect opportunities / solutions
• Develop a project plan with tasks and timelines
• Coordinate / facilitate internal meetings with key subject matter experts related to project goals
• Interface with Managers and Senior Leaders to report project status
• Provide a presentation with your recommendations and solutions
• Retain all documentation related to the project for ongoing use within the business
• Provide a final presentation on your experience with Land Systems Canada during your summer, including what you learned and took away
