Key Responsibilities
- Map, document, and analyze design and production processes across all disciplines and offices, identifying areas for improvement.
- Optimize and standardize processes to ensure consistency and efficiency, deploying new processes and monitoring adoption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define, implement, and maintain standards and best practices for all offices.
- Support and train engineers, technicians, support staff, and project managers in the application of new processes.
- Work closely with all technical and support departments, traveling regularly to different offices across Canada to ensure consistent implementation.
Ideal Candidate
University degree in mechanical, electrical, structural, or other building‑related engineering field.Relevant experience in building project design (drawings, specifications, coordination).Strong interest in innovating, optimizing, and standardizing technical and organizational practices.Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong documentation and standardization skills.Initiative, autonomy, and a self‑driven approach to mandates and solution proposals.Focus on continuous improvement, keeping abreast of tools and market developments to generate gains.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to explain complex ideas clearly and influence change.Available for frequent travel across Canada to collaborate with all BPA offices.Benefits
