• Management and Review : Supervise compilation, review, and audit engagements. Ensure quality control and adherence to deadlines.
• Leadership : Coach, train, and motivate a team of dedicated accountants. Participate in performance evaluations and professional development.
• Consulting Services : Act as a strategic advisor to clients (planning, tax optimization, and management).
• Development : Actively participate in improving the firm's internal processes and integrating new digital tools.
