Job description

Job Description :

  • The Banker Support Loan Transaction Coordination role provides situational banker and credit support for managing new and existing client relationships and executing transactions for Global Banking – Corporate Clients.
  • This role supports data integrity, account setup, and ongoing deal maintenance across internal banking platforms.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide banker and credit support for new and existing corporate client relationships and transaction execution.
  • Create client groups, attach and detach legal entities, update client coverage, and verify Relationship Manager presence on new accounts.
  • Analyze data related to newly opened accounts and remediate deficiencies flagged by RDQP, including feed breaks.
  • Submit required forms in internal platforms to maintain data accuracy in local systems.
  • Maintain data integrity in global repository systems, including legal name changes, management entity amendments, mergers, and duplicate resolutions.
  • Manage Economic Dependency relationships by linking legal entities to appropriate business groups.
  • Assist with inquiries related to credit lines, KYC status, outstanding items, fees, and referential, risk, or transactional data requests.
  • Support data collection efforts and ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve Loan Transaction Coordination processes and add value to the Corporate Banking platform.
  • Engage with team leaders and stakeholders to support implementation of process improvements.

    • Experience :

  • 1–3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Exposure to corporate banking products preferred.

    • Skills :

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including VBA.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

    • Qualification And Education :

  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Major in Finance, Data Analytics, or Data Science preferred.

    • Should Have :

  • Knowledge of corporate banking products.
  • Exposure to AI concepts is a plus.
