Our award-winning electric vehicles have empowered more than eighty-seven million rides in cities around the world and helped riders take carbon-free trips in more than 200 cities globally. And our teams are constantly pushing boundaries and challenging the status quo in pursuit of a brighter future.

Responsibilities:

• Successfully partner with business leaders to understand the business needs and hire qualified talent to fill their roles
• Help develop implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
• Source recruit and hire roles within operations throughout Bird
• Own full-cycle recruitment which encompasses sourcing interviewing and closing candidates
• Partner with other departments (People Partners IT etc) to drive the recruiting process through to on-boarding

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in High Volume.
• Ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive hiring goals and program outcomes
• Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with ATS and other related platforms (Greenhouse Indeed highly preferred)
• Applicants must be authorized to work without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work visa sponsorship

Target Hiring Salary Range: 66000 - 80000 CAD
