Job descriptionAccess to chair massages, fresh fruit and snacks, gym, sports activities, etc. Regular presentations of projects and new developments : we keep our team up to date on all Frima developments. Determine the most appropriate technical and conceptual approaches to achieve the project vision while respecting production constraints. Organise and lead regular team meetings to track progress, anticipate risks, and ensure timelines are met. Monitor deliverables and ensure standards for quality, consistency, gameplay, and schedules are respected. Actively contribute to the design and development of the video game in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Work closely with the Design Director (core team) to stay aligned with company standards. Mobilise, mentor, and support the direct team through ongoing coaching and continuous feedback. Build a trusted relationship with the partner and act as the main point of contact. Develop and share design best practices with other leads and the manager. Contribute to improving design processes to optimise efficiency and creativity. Bachelor’s degree in game design or another job‑related field combined with equivalent experience. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in game design. Team leadership experience. Strong command of the Unreal game engine. Solid mobile development experience. Experience on a third‑person shooter game, an asset. Ability to travel abroad when required. Excellent command of both written and spoken French and English; English proficiency is required, as we collaborate with English‑speaking partners. Entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative, and the ability to proactively drive topics forward. Excellent communication and cross‑disciplinary collaboration skills, with ease working in a co‑development environment. Demonstrated curiosity for new technologies, market trends, and design best practices, with a willingness to experiment and innovate.
