Salary : $192,566 - 212,430 per year

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in software development and leadership roles
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineering teams and enhance performance
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, design methodologies, and cloud technologies
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, DevOps practices, and contemporary software development processes
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence technical direction across teams
