With over 45 years of service delivery, the ANCprovidesa wide range of programs including language training, employment support, youth engagement, and community integration through multiple sites across the province.

The Opportunity

We areseekinga highly skilled, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional for the role ofFinancial Controller. Reporting to theSeniorDirector of Finance, HR, and IT,this senior finance role provides strategic and operational leadership for the organizationsfinancial managementand reporting functions.

The Financial Controller manages and optimizesfinancial systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, and integration across the organization. The role oversees financial reporting, project and grant accounting,budgetingand forecasting, and ensures compliance with funding agreements and organizational policies, supporting sound decision-making and long-term financial sustainability.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting and Data Management

• Use Sage 300s financial reporting tools to develop customized reports and

dashboards that provide insights into program performance, budgets, and

funding compliance
