We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our client as a true partner in every phase of their projects. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, the ideal candidate will be instrumental in guiding projects from conception topletion, ensuring clarity and precision every step of the way.Key Responsibilities :

• Client Engagement : Initiate detailed discussions to fully understand project requirements, ensuring transparency and setting clear expectations.
• Project Planning : Collaborate closely with clients to devise the most efficient strategies for project execution, providing multiple options andprehensive understanding of the processes involved.
• Preconstruction Excellence : Oversee all preconstruction activities, including municipal site plan photometric submissions and building development permit submissions, without additional costs to the client.
• Quality Assurance : Guarantee the highest quality of work, adhering to scheduled timelines and seeking LEED® certification opportunities to enhance energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
• Safetypliance : Maintain rigorous safety standards as an active member of the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association, prioritizing the well-being of all stakeholders.
• Budget Management : Offer expert project budgeting and cost consulting, along with pre-purchasing procurement services, to ensure optimal financial efficiency.
• Ongoing Support : Provide continuous support throughout the project lifecycle and beyond, including postpletion maintenance to ensure seamless facility operations.
