Millwright - Permanent - Onsite - Lindsay, ON

Salary : $45 per hour (Pay range : CA$45.00 / hr - CA$45.00 / hr).

Shift : Rotating shift (4am-1pm, 10am-7pm & 2pm-11 : 15pm).

Duties

• Responsible for mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, installation, and preventative maintenance on all production equipment and machinery.
• Provide mechanical support and maintenance / repair for building support systems.
• Maintain contact and communication with the supervisor and co‑workers to ensure and report progress.
• Respond to and complete service calls efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory codes, company policy, and procedural guidelines; remain aware of and trained on all technical advances within the area of responsibility.
• Work in a safe manner, utilizing proper tools and equipment for each task.
• Utilize proper waste disposal procedures.
• Assist and support the department in achieving and maintaining budgetary and performance goals.
• Possess good welding skills and properly utilize various welding and cutting equipment.
• Electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
