This is a hybrid position with a mix of in‑office and remote work. Work arrangements will be discussed with hiring managers per departmental guidelines.

Your role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Lead Developer with solid experience in artificial intelligence to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative technological solutions, leveraging cutting‑edge technologies as well as AI‑related tools and techniques.

Your key responsibilities :

• Lead the development team and ensure technical coherence across AI‑related projects.
• Design, architect, and deploy advanced AI solutions, including intelligent agents, data pipelines, and machine learning systems.
• Oversee the integration of cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure, and optimize development and deployment environments.
• Work closely with product and data teams to translate business needs into effective technological solutions.
• Mentor, guide, and support developers in their practices, skill development, and performance.
• Maintain active technological watch to integrate best practices in AI, agent‑based systems, MLOps, and software development.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Communicate effectively, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Document technological changes for training and collaboration purposes.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and application deployments.
