Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, rebuilds, and repairs on a range of industrial equipment, including:
-- Conveyors, gearboxes, valves, VFDs, and chain drives
-- Hydraulics and pneumatics systems
-- Pumps, small motors (under 450 HP), simple boilers and heaters
-- Basic pressurized piping and light welding

- Conduct preventative maintenance, lubrication, and equipment inspections
- Support upgrade projects and respond to critical equipment failures
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure uptime and reliability

Qualifications
What you bring:
- Journeyman or Red Seal Millwright certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial Food & Beverage, Pharma, or Packaging setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to safety
