Pacific Western Transportation (PWT) has been serving the Ontario market for over 30 years and is currently expanding our service offering.
We are looking for multiple full-time On-Board Customer Service Attendants to join our team to attend to the needs of our traveling motorcoach passengers.
In this position, you will provide customer service excellence to customers while creating a welcoming and comfortable onboard environment for the duration of their journey.

What You'll Do :
- Provide consistent levels of superior customer service by anticipating customer needs and exceeding expectations in all aspects of onboard service delivery
- Project a warm, caring, and empathetic professional image
- Perform a variety of onboard service duties including greeting passengers, completing announcements, offering snacks and beverages
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, answering customer questions and ensuring timely customer communication in a variety of onboard instances
- Demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude when interacting with passengers and colleagues
- Conduct pre-departure duties, including inspections of motorcoach cleanliness and verification of correct provisioning of onboard supplies
- Complete basic cleaning duties at the completion of each trip including tidying and light cleaning
- Ensure that Company safety policies are followed throughout each journey
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading of luggage as required
What You'll Need :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience
- Must meet the physical requirements of the job, which include pushing, pulling, reaching, kneeling, carrying, and lifting items up to 50 lbs
- Capable of working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays and to travel on a consistent basis (home every night)
- Fluency in both official languages considered an asset
