Job Title : Senior Specialist, Proposal Management

Job Schedule : Day Shift

Essential Functions

• Analyze customer requirements;
• Generate a system concept and internal statement of work;
• Lead strategic bids and proposals;
• Liaise with all stakeholders and departments to coordinate proposal inputs (technical and programmatic);
• Prepare requests for quotations and specifications for potential subcontractors & manage technical and cost inputs from subcontractors;
• Prepare clear and concise technical proposals and verify the compliance to customer requirements;
• Contribute to the risk evaluation and mitigation related to the target proposal;
• Ensures compliance with internal procedures and guidelines;
• Generate structured cost estimates and verify completeness of project costs;
• Participate in regular proposal status reviews;
• Present solutions and costs to senior management and prepare review approval packages;
• Provide technical support to Business Development;
• Ability to support in demonstrations / presentations with prospective customers and at industry conferences / events would be an asset.
