We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee daily flight operations and lead our Operations Dispatch team. This role is ideal for someone with an aviation background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Position Summary

The Operations Supervisor oversees the dispatchers and daily flight operations, ensuring tasks are completed and flights run smoothly. This role requires a proactive problem-solver to handle urgent situations and support the Operations Dispatch team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of daily flight operations
• Supervise and support two Operations Dispatchers
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues, ensuring timely solutions
• Monitor flights, manage last-minute changes, and problem-solve urgent issues
• Ensure all dispatch tasks are completed correctly and on time
• Coordinate crew scheduling, ensuring coverage for absences or unexpected changes
• Communicate with brokers, clients, crew, and regulatory bodies as needed
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations (CARs 604 / 703 / 704)
• Be available via phone or email to support operations as needed
