Full-time, 35 hours per week, Hybrid

Are you a skilled Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Application Specialist who thrives in designing advanced solutions to meet dynamic business needs? You will be instrumental in developing, planning, analyzing, troubleshooting, testing, and implementing solutions to enhance the CC&B application and related meter-to-cash processes. Your role involves proactively investigating, interpreting, and articulating business requirements and industry opportunities to recommend IT solutions that align with business objectives. You will analyze user requirements to design and implement process and system solutions for customer information systems (CIS) and related technologies.

What you’ll do

Business Process Analysis and Design

• Analyze current and future business processes, propose enhancements, and contribute to the design of new systems.
• Recommend improvements to existing processes and actively participate in the design phase of new systems.
• Identify business requirements and refine complex processes, consulting with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive input.
