We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for our organization. The successful candidate will create a Change Management Plan that outlines methodologies, stakeholder engagement, training, and sustainability measures to foster ongoing product management behaviors. You will conduct stakeholder analyses, develop communication and training plans, and deliver training to support the adoption of our Product Management Playbook. Your role will involve coaching and collaborating with leaders and teams to navigate change effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and lasting impact.

Deliver training. Training will be delivered to three (3) pilot groups in parallel. Training will be developed and delivered before each step of the Test and Learn pilots
