Responsibilities

Configure and deploy Microsoft Purview Information Protection for data security.

Implement and manage sensitivity labels for data classification.

Collaborate with IT project managers and senior BAs to address requirements gaps.

Set up and manage testing environments to validate data classification accuracy.

Troubleshoot issues and ensure proper data classification performance.

Conduct UAT training sessions and provide guidance on testing protocols.

Document technical specifications, deployment plans, and knowledge transfer materials.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365.

Proven expertise in deploying and managing sensitivity labels.

Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on data classification and protection.

Familiarity with government data security standards, particularly DISC.

Ability to create clear technical documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
